Terms of service

These terms apply to licences issued for WMO Tool (Free, Basic, Pro and Ultimate).

Licence

A valid entitlement grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the specified product within its plan, term, and device-seat limit. One Google identity may hold different entitlements for each product. Google identity alone does not create a licence.

Account and devices

You are responsible for your Google account and activated devices. Device seats may be deactivated through the application or by an administrator. Sharing, reselling, bypassing seat limits, tampering with entitlement checks, or distributing modified builds that evade licensing is prohibited.

Offline access and availability

A signed offline grant may allow temporary use without a network connection, normally for up to two days and never beyond the underlying licence expiry. Suspensions or revocations take effect at the next online verification or when the existing offline grant ends. Online services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside reasonable control.

Trials, subscriptions, and cancellation

The current three-day free trial does not require payment details and does not renew or charge automatically when it ends. A customer must separately choose and confirm a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Use the customer portal for the provider shown on your subscription or receipt, or contact support. Stripe subscriptions use the Stripe portal; existing Paddle subscriptions remain managed through Paddle. Changing the site's payment provider does not automatically transfer an existing subscription or authorize a second charge. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally refund an already-started billing period; mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Payments and refunds

The checkout and receipt identify the payment provider for your purchase. For sales processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and its buyer terms also apply. For direct Stripe subscriptions, Stripe processes payments for WMO Tool; Stripe is not the seller or Merchant of Record for this integration. WMO Tool remains responsible for its direct sales, applicable tax obligations, customer support, and refund decisions under the refund policy. Existing Paddle payment and subscription records remain separate.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or revoked for expiry, refund, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, security risk, or breach of these terms. Where practical, support can review disputed device or entitlement status.

Software responsibility

The software is provided on an as-available basis. You remain responsible for reviewing automation sequences and complying with applicable software, game, workplace, and local rules. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
